In this fourth project I plan to use a video but I’m still not sure if I’m going to make an animation or a video that contains the most relevant news related to my topic. With that said, my intended audience is those interested in the effects of war on the economy since my essay is closely related to this. This is why my purpose with this multimodal recast is for my audience to reflect and understand the effects of war today and understand how the economy can be manipulated for the benefit of a few. Some of the arguments that I will use are:
- The man is self-destructive and is aware of the murder he is committing
- Belligerency is something unstoppable, and it will continue no matter what
- War is a profitable business that contributes to sustaining the current capitalist and patriarchal system
- One of the main problems in society is the absent participation of active and critical citizens since it is essential to demand respect for human rights in all places
- Of the world, citizens must promote new models of regulation that are more sustainable and respectful for all people
- Society must awaken and demand the compliance of the essential element that is acquired at birth, human rights, to be fulfilled
