Reading Strategies

The strategy that I began using lately Is skimming through the text because many times, the book or whatever you’re reading is extense and don’t make you want to read the entire article. On the other hand, another strategy that also helps me with my writing is marking the relevant parts of the text with a highlighter or with a stick note showing the importance of what you are reading. Even so, I consider that the most important thing is to understand what you are reading and not to read without understanding what the author is trying to communicate.
